Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we gladly accept custom orders. In fact, we specialize in custom handmade to order items!!! We can custom the majority of our items specifically for you, based on your wedding color/s, theme & size. We proudly offer a no minimum order policy!!! How much is the Shipping Cost for Custom Handmade Items?
In order to offer the lowest shipping rates, we will calculate the shipping cost once the custom order is completed and ready to ship. The calculation includes the actual order weight, shipping destination, insurance and packing supplies used to safely pack the custom order for shipping transit.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
The time frame needed to create custom handmade items will vary depending on the current season. During the "Peak Wedding Season," custom orders will take longer to create. At the time you place a custom order, we will be able to give you an estimated time frame required to complete your order. Additionally, larger orders will require more time to custom create.
If you need your item/s rushed, we do offer "Rush Order Processing" for an additional fee. The "Rush Order Fee" will be determined based on our current volume of order processing, your order size, and the complexity of the order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we gladly serve customers worldwide. If you live outside the United States, please inform us of your location when you send a custom order quote request. Due to the increase problems with internet fraud, we follow very strict guidelines when working with International Customers and International Shipping Destinations. Please keep in mind that these guidelines have been put in place to protect both the customer and our business. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Custom orders that will be shipped outside the United States will take more time than orders shipped within the United States. Therefore, in some cases, "Rush Order Processing" may not be available for International Custom Orders.
How will my order be shipped?
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service Priority. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, additional fee will be added for this service. The following shipping carriers, Fed Ex and UPS are located 30 miles one way from our location. Therefore, the additional fee will cover our fuel cost and our time spent traveling to either one of the Fed Ex or UPS locations.
Do you offer pre-made items (mass produced)?
Yes, we offer both custom handmade and mass produced items. We currently work with some of the largest wedding suppliers worldwide. Our connections with these wedding suppliers gives us the ability to offer you a complete "One Stop Wedding Shop!" In addition to our endless # of mass produced wedding items, we specialize in custom handmade wedding items. If you don't see a particular item/s listed in our online store, no problem, just contact us and we will either post the needed items and/or send you a list with photo's via email.
